30 day, no-quibble returns policy

D H Lighting offers a 14 day, no-quibble returns policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived. Both the product and packaging must be undamaged and returned to us within 14 days of purchase.


  1. Please follow our returns policy set out below. Failure to do so will incur costs and reduce the credit available to your company.
  2. Non-faulty lights returned after 14 days will be subject to an administration fee of 20% of their cost.
  3. Non-faulty items not in their original and /or undamaged packaging will be subject to an administration fee of 40% of their cost.
  4. The cost of the returning lights is at your expense.

Returns process

Before returning an item you will need to follow our returns process.

  1. Please call our sales administration on 0151 632 2121 and obtain a Returns authorisation form (RAF). This will be emailed to you.
  2. Please complete the RAF form with all the details including the original invoice number, date of purchase and the reason for the return. Email it back to us.
  3. We will approve the return and email you an Authorisation number. Please add this to the form and include the form with the return item(s).
  4. When the goods are received, they will be inspected before a credit is issued.

Faulty items

If you are returning a faulty light within the guarantee period please follow our standard returns process above.
