30 day, no-quibble returns policy
D H Lighting offers a 14 day, no-quibble returns policy, because we want you to be totally satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy in any way with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or a replacement, as long as you return it in the same condition as it arrived. Both the product and packaging must be undamaged and returned to us within 14 days of purchase.
- Please follow our returns policy set out below. Failure to do so will incur costs and reduce the credit available to your company.
- Non-faulty lights returned after 14 days will be subject to an administration fee of 20% of their cost.
- Non-faulty items not in their original and /or undamaged packaging will be subject to an administration fee of 40% of their cost.
- The cost of the returning lights is at your expense.
Before returning an item you will need to follow our returns process.
- Please call our sales administration on 0151 632 2121 and obtain a Returns authorisation form (RAF). This will be emailed to you.
- Please complete the RAF form with all the details including the original invoice number, date of purchase and the reason for the return. Email it back to us.
- We will approve the return and email you an Authorisation number. Please add this to the form and include the form with the return item(s).
- When the goods are received, they will be inspected before a credit is issued.
If you are returning a faulty light within the guarantee period please follow our standard returns process above.
